Hi, I’m Patti. I have worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years and proudly serve clients throughout the Treasure Valley from my Caldwell office.

I live on a 40-acre farm west of Caldwell where I raised four wonderful children and have enjoyed life surrounded by animals and wide-open Idaho spaces. I truly love living and working in this beautiful state.

Helping people find their own “piece” of Idaho is my passion. I have extensive experience assisting first-time home buyers, as well as clients purchasing new construction, farm and ranch properties, vacant land, short sales, and foreclosures. I am committed to providing knowledgeable, professional service at every stage of the transaction and maintain strong relationships with trusted local professionals to support my clients from start to finish.

Community involvement is very important to me. I am a past President of the local Association of Realtors and the Canyon County Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. I serve on the board of the Salvation Army and remain active in Rotary and both the Nampa and Caldwell Chambers of Commerce.

I have earned several professional designations, including CRS, PMN, CSP, GRI, ABR, SFR, and MRP, reflecting my commitment to ongoing education and excellence in service.
