Patti is amazing! She is there for you at every curve that comes with home buying. Her attention to what is best for the client rings true with each purchase we have done over the years. Everyone at Syme Real Estate was helpful and attentive. Definitely will be using them for our next home purchase.

Patti is a ‘must’ if you are buying or selling a home in the Treasure Valley. She is honest and has proven to us time and again she really cares about her clients. My husband and I have bought 2 homes and sold 2 homes with her help, and we would not do another home sale or purchase without her. A skilled and invested listing agent is absolutely critical for success in selling a home, even in a healthy, fast-moving market… Both of the homes we sold with Patti went under contract quickly and sold without complications. The most recent home sale was completed remotely for us because we had already moved, and we could not believe how smoothly it went. Patti and her team at Syme Real Estate are absolutely amazing!

Patti Syme is experienced, trustworthy and professional. Her experience and knowledge were pivotal at so many points in the sale of our last home and then in the subsequent purchase of our next home. Our family highly, highly recommends Syme Real Estate!

I don’t think anyone could find a better Realtor than Patti. She truly cares about her clients and treats them like family. She listens to what you have to say and works tirelessly to make certain her clients are, not only satisfied, but ecstatic about their purchase. I have recommended her to friends, and they love her as much as I do. I will keep referring her to anyone who needs a realtor!!

Always professional, knowledgeable and knows the market. Patti has sold multiple listings for myself and family members. I have always been very pleased with the results and her professionalism. She knows the market and does what she says she is going to do. I would and have and always do recommend her for any real estate transaction.

Professional, Pleasant, Precise. Patti gave us an accurate description of the market from a Buyer's and Seller's perspective. It gave us confidence through the entire process.

Patti goes beyond her duties as an agent! She is the reason our home sold! Patti is extremely smart when it comes to what is needed to sell a home in our market!

Patti was amazing!! We were living in Colorado and searching for a home in Caldwell, Idaho. Patti's knowledge, attention to detail and her ability to listen to what we were looking for and guide us in the right direction was such a blessing. She not only found us our home but she was our advocate, it was difficult not being here while the home was being built but she stayed on top of it, dealt with the builder (which was not easy), kept us appraised every step of the way. We often wondered if she ever slept, she was a blessing to us and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

In our explorations around the Valley we saw a for sale sign on a piece of property and called the realtor. It was Patti. She helped us for over a year. We finally settled on a piece of property which she helped us purchase. She also recommended that we get a reverse mortgage which fits our needs perfectly. We highly recommend her. Her customer service can't be beat! We are so grateful to her for really caring about us and our needs. Thank you Patti!

Our experience was fantastic! Patti is Awesome at what she does. We have known Patti for 26 years. During those years we have worked together on 5 different transactions. (3 home sales and 2 home purchases, with one being a build). Patti's knowledge of the real estate market, pricing of your home, helping you get ready to sell, finding a home for you, working with contractors, being there for you 24/7 is OUTSTANDING!. If we could give her a 10 we would. We will always call Patti for all our real estate needs. There is no one else that we trust more! If you want your home sold, or have any other real estate needs: Call Patti N. Syme !!!

Patti works around the clock! When I made the decision to sell, I contacted Patti and we made an appointment to meet that afternoon and before we finished she had prepared everything I needed and signed the contract right there. She was on top of things the entire time. Patti communicated with everyone involved all the way through so everything went smoothly and when my transaction was over she continued to reach out and now I call her family.

Danielle S. in Seller, Idaho

Excellent knowledge of local real estate values and market conditions. Patti understands the complex procedures required by Escrow and Title companies and is great in helping her clients understand them.
She keeps her clients' objectives her top priority. She will truthfully communicate her opinions or ideas to clients keeping their best interests in mind.

Patti came to us as a referral from another agent. Patti had a buyer who was interested in exactly the sort of property we had; 25 acres split between irrigated farm ground and rangeland with an unfinished "project house." The project house was a Cleary post barn conversion to a home. It still needed a kitchen, flooring, and other finishing work. Patti went above and beyond to make this rather complex situation work out such that the buyer ended up with a finished house and all the loose ends neatly finished off! Patti's flexibility and determination made the whole thing a success as well as a pleasure. We are grateful for her guidance and help that made it all work.

One of the hardest workers I’ve ever encountered! When I called Patti to tell her I wanted to sell she was very very helpful to a first time home seller. She gave me advice on what to do with my house. Not just advice she came over helped me get things in order even painted one wall that I really liked and she knew it wouldn’t help me sell. She listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t want. I’m grateful that I had her and would recommend her to anyone. She will work her tail off to make a good deal for you

Sheila M. in Seller, Idaho

Successfully Quick Sale! Patti took charge and made it happen. She ensured the property was in order for the sale, everything was clean and working. Then she had the place staged to make it really look special. She had a buyer very quickly. I was and am impressed with her get up and go and her knowledge of the market. I highly recommend Patti as your agent.

Lynn J. in Seller, Idaho

We were very pleased! This was our fourth Real Estate transaction with Patti. We were very pleased! Patti was knowledgeable beyond our expectations. She suggested we sell this property and carry the loan! Patti communicated with us through this process, worked us through our insecurities, and helped us seal the deal. The ultimate Professional!

David & Carey K. in Idaho

S

Hardest Working Agent Ever! I have worked with Patti for over 17 years. I have bought and sold 3 different houses using Patti's services. She goes above and beyond other agents and will do anything to help you get what you want. No one will work harder for you.

Scott C. in Buyer, Idaho

Very good personal care! Patti is the best, most thorough real estate agent. We had our home in Caldwell list for 18 months, never had it shown, said we were asking too much. Patti sold our home in 1 month, cash and we got more than we were asking.

Dennis & Chris H. in Idaho

T

Patti is a professional! Patti brought her experience, her skill and "hands on" work ethic to this sale. She educated us on the market and brought our expectations in line with reality, quite kindly. Knowing our expectations were high she put her own time and effort in to change window coverings and light fixtures. It made a huge difference in the look of the home.

Teresa L. in Idaho

J

Attention to every detail, tireless, knowledgeable and personality plus, plus, plus! Patti researched our property and area thoroughly before listing it. She had a complete understanding of our objectives and worked tirelessly to achieve them. She worked doggedly with the buyer’s agent and made sure every detail was handled professionally and legally. We had a great outcome.

John & Paige K. in Idaho

Just a pleasure to work with. Patti knows her stuff and my sale was flawless. Working with Patti felt like I was part of her family. She was knowledgeable and let me know what was going on every step of the way. I have let all my friends and family know when they buy or sell, she is the "go to" Realtor.

Todd G. in Idaho
