Patti came to us as a referral from another agent. Patti had a buyer who was interested in exactly the sort of property we had; 25 acres split between irrigated farm ground and rangeland with an unfinished "project house." The project house was a Cleary post barn conversion to a home. It still needed a kitchen, flooring, and other finishing work.
